International Street Food Market Coming To Belfast

As Northern Ireland continues to strengthen its appeal worldwide as a foodie destination, news of a brand new street food market & community hub coming to the heart of Belfast City Centre is welcomed by the food-to-go community.

MRP has just unveiled plans for The Halt—a vibrant food market at Weavers Cross, transforming the former Europa Buscentre into a buzzing hub of flavours, culture, and community.

Alongside the Halt, Platform—a bespoke innovation and community hub run by Co-operation Ireland—will bring even more life and opportunity to the area.

Northern Ireland Food To Go Association Chief Executive, Michael Henderson, said:

"The introduction of a new street food market at the (Weavers Cross) Belfast Europa Bus Station site would be a huge boost to the Northern Ireland tourism industry while providing must needed jobs

The Northern Ireland Food To Go scene has become one of the most desirable food destinations worldwide, attracting food enthusiasts from each corner of the globe to Northern Ireland to taste the high-quality dishes our Food To Go industry has to offer.

The Northern Ireland Food-To-Go Association is looking forward to supporting MRP on this project."
